Contemporary shamanic practice is a way to tap into your intuition or spirit, for guidance and healing. The guidance is helpful in addressing challenges and resolving issues. The healing is at a deep level and usually has profound positive effects with you becoming more self-confident and alive in body, mind and soul . Shamanic practice is not a religion. It’s a way to live your life with intention and walk lighter on your path of healing and living.
Meditation practices are techniques that encourage and develop concentration, clarity, emotional positivity, and a way to see your true nature with ease. By engaging with a particular meditation practice, you learn the patterns and habits of your mind, and the practice offers a means to cultivate new, more positive ways of being.. Meditation is not a religion. It’s a science of mind. Mindfulness is not a meditation. It’s a way of being.
